In 1947 Enzo Ferrari started producing cars for sale to fund his racing team, “Scuderia Ferrari” The plan worked and as of 2014 Ferrari has won 15 F1 Driver’s Championships and 14 Constructors Championships.
To Celebrate 70 years, the Ferrari Tailor made division created 70 exclusive liveries, each representing important moments in Ferrari’s history. We were extremely fortunate to be able to participate in this celebration by protecting this 2017 488 70th anniversary with the Modesta Private Label ceramic coating.
The car we worked on is Livery #50, named “The Magnum PI”, inspired by the 1980 308 GTS and possibly the most famous car on television history.
